Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Information to help us locate the infringing material, such as the URL of the page;
- Contact details of the complaining party;
- A statement that the material is used without authorization;
- A statement that the claim is accurate and made under penalty of perjury.
Section 17 USC ยง512(f) allows for civil penalties against those who misrepresent information in an infringement claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material was taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake;
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
